Designing a country house is a difficult, painstaking, necessary task and is by no means limited to a simple house layout. This is the first and, perhaps, the basic stage of the entire construction. After all, whether the cottage project will become a real cozy and comfortable country house will depend on compliance with all technical points “on paper” and adjustments “on the ground”, taking into account the climatic features of the territory, and, of course, your own considerations.

These are all kinds of communications and sewerage, water and electricity supply, technical and other buildings, approaches and driveways to the house, etc.
